Using this website does not give you any licence or right to our intellectual property. You may view the website and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, frame, scrape or adapt any part of it, or use any of it to train or test an AI model, without our written permission.

The Pantheon is in development. It is not available to investors or the public, and the agents described are design archetypes, not live strategies.

What we collect. If you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to include. When you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically records technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run analytics on this website.

Why. To reply to you, and to run and secure the website. We do not sell personal information or use it for marketing.

Where. Our hosting provider may store and process technical information outside New Zealand, under safeguards comparable to New Zealand law.

Your rights. You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you by emailing partners@chronus.capital. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the courts of New Zealand have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them or this website.
